CAN I CANCEL MY TICKET?

We do not offer refunds for ticket sales. However, if you are unable to make the event and inform us of it at least 48 hours before the event we are able to move your ticket to another date or location. If there is a price difference between your original event and the one you wish to move your ticket to, we have the right to charge you the difference at our sole discretion.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DOES GREAT STATE PARANORMAL OFFER?

Our primary event is called a "Ghost Hunt'. These events allow you to investigate historically haunted locations while being guided by our team of experts. You will be led through guided vigils where you get hands on with the paranormal. These events have two ticket options: Spectre and Phantom. The Spectre experience expires at midnight and includes all of our guided vigils in the 'hotspots' of the location. The Phantom experience typically last until either 3AM or 4AM and provide you with free roam time of the location (it may also include exclusive access to restricted sections for some locations).

We also offer special events throughout the year. These may be special ghost hunt events, metaphysical classes, or appearances at various comic cons and conventions.

DO YOU HAVE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

We have a location referral program. If you recommend a location and provide a contact that leads to us setting up an event, we will provide you a free ticket.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO AN EVENT?

For the most part, we encourage you to bring anything you would like. You may bring your own snacks and drinks, although we do provide these free of charge. We encourage you to bring your own equipment. However, we do ask you to not bring a Ouija Board, as most of our locations do not allow them. We also request that you not have any weapons during our events, this includes weapons that you have a permit to carry.

WHO IS WELCOME AT OUR EVENTS?

We are an all inclusive organization. We strive to be accommodating for those who have any disabilities and are able to offer ASL interpretation upon request, free of charge. We are fully welcoming of women, LGBTQ individuals, those with disabilities, all faith backgrounds (including pagan faiths), and all ethnic backgrounds.
